Flow is built on the principle that your files are yours. We do not upload or transmit any of the documents or files you import into the app. Everything you open, scan, or save is processed entirely on your device.

To provide our services, Flow utilizes third-party SDKs that collect certain information. This includes Device Identifiers (such as Advertising IDs), App Interactions, and Diagnostics/Crash Logs. This data is used for analytics, advertising performance, and ensuring the technical stability of the app.

We use the following third-party services which may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. It collects device IDs to personalize ads and measure performance.
• Google ML Kit: Used for on-device QR and barcode scanning. It may collect diagnostic data to improve scanning accuracy.

All data transmitted by our third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). We do not provide a custom account system, so no personal login credentials are ever stored by us.

Files you import are stored in Flow's local app directory on your device. This data is removed if you uninstall the app. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

Flow is provided as-is for personal use. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee the app is error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the use of the app. Always keep backups of your scanned data and documents.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date of the latest revision is always visible at the top of this page.
